Six nonprofit organizations across the state have been awarded grants for the creation and maintenance of affordable sober housing and related support services, including two in Springfield.
MassHousing’s Center for Community Recovery Innovations, Inc. (CCRI) has awarded $447,671 to help create 12 affordable sober housing units and preserve 31, as well as funds for supportive services to men, women and families impacted by substance use disorder.
